e-availability has enabled Pearlys, one of the largest teeth whitening companies in the UK, to increase daily bookings using their Internet-based appointment module software, which updates directly to Google calendar and Blackberry devices.
Liz Ridley managing director of Pearlys said "I am so very happy with the product and your support, it's making our lives so much easier and also we're much more efficient. We've taken over 200 bookings in the 2 and a bit days it's been up and running and without it we would only have managed about 40! I really appreciate your attention and feel that you do everything that you can to iron out any teething problems."
David Powell of e-availability said "We were more than happy to see if we could come up with a solution that enables Pearlys to automate the process for booking online for the appointments that are available direct through their many consultants based around the country. The solution used our own appointment system linking through automatic updates to the consultant Google calendars that then alerts the consultants ‘in-the’field’ about forthcoming bookings via their blackberrys – a consultant can now be alerted in seconds about a booking, before they were manually taken over the phone and updated by sales staff – a process that sometimes took hours."

e-availability is delighted to have sponsored the Orkney Science Festival in Scotland for the second year running. The Director, Howie Firth, was delighted with the ticketing system, "e-availability's ticket booking system is really superb. For an event organiser, a ticketing system is a precision tool like a saw for a joiner, and has to be chosen with the same care. We're a big festival, with around 3,000 attendances at over 50 events, and the use of the e-availability system has lifted up our whole ticketing operation. I reckon that by using it we are able to save at least one week of time in the festival preparations, and we get so many additional benefits, for instance we can operate bookings from as many sales points as we like. In addition to all its other advantages, it is also very user-friendly. I really think it is the premium system in its field, and that e-availability has a great future".
