"The e-availability team has been nothing but outstandingly helpful and supportive and continues to be so. They listen to all my ideas and requests and some have already been implemented. I would not hesitate to recommend e-availability to anyone."

Ticketing System

e-availability's Ticketing system is ideal for any ticketing-based business, from NHS improvement events to booking a visit to Santa’s Grotto!

The system can be seamlessly integrated within your website or operate via a link, enabling your customers to search and book tickets online. Booking confirmations are automatically emailed to both you and the customer. Staff can set time slots and maximum numbers, and add incentives e.g. promotional codes for special events. Extensive reporting is available e.g. daily ticket sales or attendee lists. Bookings taken over the telephone can be easily added to the system and staff can modify or cancel existing bookings. A customer feedback feature allows you to create emails that are automatically delivered the day after the event. For example, you could request feedback by return email, a review on Facebook or TripAdvisor, or offer discounts/coupons.

If payment is required, the payment module enables secure payments online, with payment transferred securely and quickly into your account.

Pricing

e-availability charges for the Ticketing system start from £495.00 for configuration and setup, followed by a monthly licence and support fee from £55 or £49.50 if paid annually (10% discount given).

The payment gateway costs £195.00, if taken at the same time as the Ticketing system the cost is only £675.00.

Webbs Garden Centre

Webbs of Wychbold logoSituated in the heart of Worcestershire, Webbs is the UK’s leading garden centre with three stores providing gardening supplies and tools, inspirational gardens and a nursery. They have everything for the dedicated and occasional gardener alike, as well as providing a great day out for all non-gardeners.

Webbs employed e-availability’s ticketing system to improve the booking and administration processes for the Christmas Grotto at the store in Wychbold. The ticketing system enables parents to book convenient times online for their children to enjoy breakfast, brunch and tea with Santa or meet him in his winter wonderland Grotto, through a simple calendar display. The easy to use administration system allows Webbs to create timed tickets to avoid queues and to generate reports.

e-availability’s payment module and new ‘child’ module was utilized to take payments online and to capture additional information relating to each ticket holder such as dietary requirements/allergies and whether a high chair is required.

Webbs are currently in their second year of using e-availability's ticketing system taking between 100 to 500 bookings each week making their return on investment pay for itself 24hrs a day, 365days a year!
