e-availability's course booking system ensures your customers can find the course they want and initiate the booking process easily online. Fully featured search and course management facilities will help ensure your course bookings are of great benefit to all users resulting in an increased uptake of bookings!
The course booking system reduces administration duties and enables courses to be organised and scheduled more effectively.
Courses can be split into multiple groups, with course information displays; image uploads and full online booking facilities.
The system is completely content managed enabling course info to be edited, pricing to be set, courses to be scheduled and customer data to be downloaded and analysed.
Allocate resources to scheduling e.g. tutors, equipment, locations. In the case of Sail Time Training, they allocated yachts to mulitple schedules which automatically triggered alerts by e-mails to the administrator when the resource had reached maximum occupancy.
Full online booking facilities can be used but there is also the option to set specific courses to "enquire now" if the course requires sales staff to speak directly to the student to create a personalised booking.
The system has the facility to enable past students to click on any courses displayed and upload images and comments - great for letting potential customers hear about past students experiences!
Other functionality includes a dynamic calendar display, the ability to search by location and show late availability on the home page.
Pricing
e-availability charges an initial set up fee (from £395.00) followed by a monthly licence and support fee (from £45.00). If paid annually a 10% discount is given.
